水曜の夜と日曜午前のレッスンになりますー。
水曜は２タイムで、遅い方のクラスは瞑想と勉強会みたいな感じです。そのタイムにはグループディスカッション的なものも取り入れたいと思いますので何でも聞きたいことがあればカモン！
基本的には全てのクラスはドネーションベースになりますので、お金に余裕があればもっと出せばいいし、 余裕がなければ 少しでもってな感じです。
３月はロシアでのクラスもあるのでちょっと 教える方に戻って見たいと思います

ヨーガ・スートラではヨガの境地に辿り着こうとする際に
５つの障害物があるとパタンジャリ師は書いています。
Avidya – 間違った認識
Asmita – エゴ
Raga – 執着や好きなもの
Dvesha – 嫌悪や嫌いなもの
Avhinivesha – 死への恐怖
この５つは実際には全てAvidyaから生じていると言われています。
よく無知と訳されていますが、無知なら覚えればいいから
問題ないのですが、avidyaの場合は無知というより間違った真実を
真実として信じている故、少したちが悪いとされています。
でも今日はavidyaよりもabhiniveshaについてちらっと
人々の恐怖症の殆どは死への恐怖からにつながっています。
怪我をするのが怖かったりするのも、他の恐怖症に関しても全て
死へ連想から始まると言っても過言ではないでしょう。
僕は高所恐怖症です。
でも変な高所恐怖症で、
飛行機やスキーリフトも怖くないのですが、
木で出来た塔とか、ゴンドラはすごい怖くなってしまい
よく生徒さんからからかわれます。
なので、今年から恐怖に向き合うとかじゃなくて
恐怖してもいいから、少しだけ寄り添ってみようと思いまして
先日のフィリピンツアーにて空中ブランコをしてきました。
恐怖に向き合うというのは少し無謀な行為でありまして
それは瞑想にて何も考えない、リラックスするという行為に近いものがあります。
その心は取り除こう、克服しようと思えば思うほどうまく行かないということです。
なので少しずつ触れる人生を送ってもいいのではないかなーとか
恐怖しても大丈夫という気持ちで
面白い一日でした。
一番のハイライトは飛び移るということもチャレンジし、成功できたこと。
ひとりじゃできなくても二人ならできるかもしれないよという
気持ちを後押ししてくれた最高の出来事でした。
人は変われるもの
信じなければ何も始まらない。
失敗してもいいから始めてみてはいかがでしょうか？

we were invited by Jules’ friend, Stefano to have dinner at his friend’s house.

started the day with my trip to the yoga show.
they say, this is one of the largest yoga show in the world
and i was quite excited to see what it was all about.

There was a marathon happening today so transportation around the city was quite tricky due to many roads being closed off.
so went back to Indian Mango for some nice vegan lunch.

also reunited with Zeno, a holy being who i met in berlin earlier this year. She decided to come and join the workshop and went to go see Amma afterwards. She usually drives 2 hours just to come take class in Munich and goes back… what a dedication.

つまり色々と見えてしまうという事で沢山リコールされてしまったわけです。
ヨガ業界では今この話がホットな話題で、色んな話が飛び交っており
ヨガパンツが買えなくなっている人が沢山あるという
オイルショックならぬ、ルルレモンショック！
そしてルルレモンの株価さえも落ちてしまうという一大事！
そんな時にアメリカのTV番組においてJimmy Kimmelがこの事態を皮肉っていたので
載せてみました。
