イギリス動画撮影＋ビーガン料理

Oval Spaceにてそろそろ始まるMolly先生の朝クラス宣伝の為に動画を撮ろうという話になりロンドンにおいてもrandom acts of yogaをやらせていただきました。

写真等はないのですが
知り合い等もよんで
kings cross駅内にて一人ずつマットをしきながらヨガをする動画を撮りました。
一人一人が違う場所から来て最終的には５人が練習をするという面白い感じになりました。

最終的には駅員さんに注意されて終了したのですが良い物が撮れました。
近々動画で出る予定なのでお楽しみにー

そのあと、有名なveganショップ vx別名vegan crossに行きました

このショップ結構イカしています
ロンドンへ行く事があればぜひともチェックしてみてください

チョコチップクッキーの上にバニラアイスを乗せて更に！
ソルティー・キャラメルソースをかけました。

ソースが甘すぎてバニラアイスで調和させて食べるという
甘いものでもっと甘い物を調和するという分け分からない感じで
あったかい＋つめたい、しょっぱい＋甘いという
感覚の両端を刺激する不思議な体験でしたが
本当に美味しい！

マイソール二日目そしてパリへ

今日はジョン・スコット先生のマイソールクラス二日目

もう一人の生徒さんと先生の指導の元セカンドシリーズをフルビニヤサで行いました。他の人はプライマリーをカウントしながらフルビニヤサで練習していました。

フルビニヤサで行うとカウントの意味が分かりもう少し練習が楽しくなるので一度機会があればぜひともフルで練習してみてください。

ジョン・スコット先生のマイソールクラス＋ラストクラス

今日はちょっと長めの一日。
朝からジョン・スコット先生のWSがあるので４時半に起き、
クラスのセットアップを手伝い、なぜかバリスタの様にコーヒーを作っていました。飲まないんですけどね、他の人のカプチーノとか、エスプレッソを作るのは大好きなんです。

久々のカフェ仕事は楽しく、「ああー懐かしい！」とか心の中で思ってしまいました。

下のカフェにいたら懐かしい顔が！

そうなんです。サミーがスタジオに来てくれたんです！！！

そして始まったジョンスコット先生のマイソールクラス。

彼のマイソールはいつも少人数のクラスで
クラス内容も普通のマイソールとは若干違うスタイル

哲学だったり、彼なりの思想が入っていたりします。
瞑想だったり、１２の呼吸等フィジカルだけではない練習になっていました。

通常は４日間を通しで行うのですが今回は特別に二日参加にさせていただきました。

初日はプライマリーだけ。

僕の先生の一人であるルース先生の本からインスピレーションを得てクラスを行いました。バガバッドギータの一小節なんですが今度日本でも同じ様にクラスをするかもしれないのでお楽しみにー

そうそう、夕飯を食べに行こうとおもったのですが、あいにく今日は祝日。
レストランやカフェも開いていないのでジヴァ・カフェでまったりと。
そんな最終日でした。

明日最後のクラスを受けてパリへ行きます。

ベルリンの日々　その続き

火曜日：

今日は②クラス
最初のクラスは朝８時にある６０分のオープンクラス
スピリチャルウォリアーとは違うこのクラスは初めてだったのですが
楽しくクラスができました。

スイスで自分のクラスを受けてくれた生徒さんがわざわざベルリンまで来られたのでクラス後に少しお話をしてお別れをしたら雨が少しずつ降ってきて、雨男復活？！？！

僕のクラスにちょくちょく出てくれるPre-Natal ヨガティーチャー
夏にはヨガ本を出版するらしく

夜のクラスまでまったりと。

実は、夜のクラスタイムにブログの読者でもあるMayuさんと初めて出会いました。
Mayuさんはベルリン在住の元ピアニストで、今はフィアンセと素敵な日々を
過ごし、自分のフードブログを楽しみにしてくれているそうです。

色んな人が来てくれたクラスでちょっとリストラティブな感じでクラスを行い、その後のミック先生のクラスに参加。夜遅く練習すると寝れないので朝大変かも？

水曜日：スタジオオーナーのクリスチャンから今日の9:15を代行してくれるかという事だったのでオープンクラスのティーチング！

しかも、そのクラスにMayuさんの友達で現在バレリーナとして活躍中のtomomiさんがレッスンに参加してくれました。
世界中を旅しながらダンサーとして自分の足場を見つけようとしていて
彼氏は牛乳パックから和紙を作れというような人らしいです。素敵な人ですねー

ランチはインビズというフュージョンインド料理屋さんで食べて
その後ジヴァムクティに戻り、Goodiesからゲットしたケーキを皆でたべました

from a very special friend. after the shoot, i had lunch-dinner aka lunner with Jennifer and Sophia, amazing friends that i met on my last trip.
we would go out many times to hunt for good vegan foods. 🙂

the day was perfect with good weather, good company and it ended with Anja’s sweet class and a dinner with Sascha who took the training last year.

surrounded by many amazing people.
grateful in many ways. 🙂

got up quite early to catch our flight to HK.
we’ve been getting up quite early everyday but today is no exception.

i guess its quite famous here in Indonesia.

Thanks to Lois, we were able to get a driver to take us to Ubud and check out the scene.
Where Lois stays is in Depansar, which is close to the airport and more towards the south of the island.

another early morning to get things rolling.

went over towards the hotel where Jules was staying at around 5:15
and once i got there, we got on a car provided by the organizers of the namaste festival.

i was just amazed how there was no traffic at this time.
the whole time i was in jakarta, all I saw was really bad traffic and so many vehicles on the road. but not this morning! 🙂

got to the airport super early.
too early that we had to wait quite a bit at the airport.
got ourselves some food.

11/29 Namaste Festival in Jakarta!!

The first day of Namaste Festival!

But before heading out the venue, thought it might be nice to check out the vegan scene out here.

ended up going to Loving hut near the Sultan Hotel where the event was being held.

今日はロンドンから日本へ。

フランス往復のチケットなので
まずロンドンからフランスへ。

朝７時の飛行機なので５時にタクシーへ乗り空港へ。
冷蔵庫にある食べ物を食べようとちょっと欲張ったら
遅れそうになりましたｗ

まぁーそういうこともありますよね。

エアフランスのラウンジでオレンジジュースを飲んで
飛行機へ
ハーモニウムとルルレモンのリュックを担ぎながら。
