So today, I made my way up to Munich.
Got up at 4:15, started the morning with some meditation+magic 10.
cooked some breakfast and made my way out of the house around 5:20
got on the local bus at 5:45 to the Bern main station.

From there, i got on the train to Zurich at 6:02
arrived at Zurich around 7:05
You might wonder why take the bus from Zurich when you can take a train to Munich. Well, Angela, our lovely family member of the jivamukti family, suggested a very cheap and fast bus ride.
25Euros from Zurich to Munich!!!

But the bus to Munich was scheduled for departure at 7:30 so i was a bit worried, but i was able to find the bus stop quite easily and had plenty of time to stretch out a bit.

the bus ride from Zurich to Munich was about 3:45 min.
And it was smooth… I have ridden some real interesting bus rides back in the days, between Nepal and India so 4hours on an actual road felt like nothing.

I got a sim card at T-Mobile as soon as i got to germany.
the beautiful thing about having a sim-free iPhone is that it allows me to use any sim card in the world. And it allows me to do so many things(like find vegan restaurants near by, etc.)

one of my favourite places here in Munich.
i came to this restaurant two years ago when i was in munich to take the advanced board exam.

it was really nice. 🙂

one of the things i love about Germany is the fact that people bring their dogs inside the restaurants.

so cool…

came back to the studio and i taught the 16:30 basic class.
i was supposed to start teaching from the 11th of October but
since Petros had to do a shoot today, he asked if i could sub for him and there i was. 🙂

this is a picture of a girl who took her first yoga class!!!

and then, i met a Jivamukti teacher who said she was going to show, so i asked what show she was going to.
she said James Blake so i asked if i could tag along.
and there i was at the show.

i found a guy selling a ticket in front of the venue for 25 euros. a lot cheaper than the face value and the show was sold out…

How fortunate…

the show was amazing and that was what my day was like.
quite beautiful and amazing.

今日はベルン最後の日

早朝にマイソールクラスを受けにセリーヌの彼氏の車に乗って皆でスタジオへ。
セリーヌのビジネスパートナーのハイジがクラスをするはずだったのですが
体調が優れない為代行の方がアジャストしてくれました。

久々にスタジオでするマイソールクラス。
気持ちいいです。
たまに言葉よりもアーサナとその呼吸で会話をするのも
ヨギーらしくていいなーとか思っています。

その後NYのリマ先生からなんて書いてあるのー？と写真とメッセージが届き
なんだろうと思ったら。。。

なんの雑誌かと聞いてみたら

し。。。知らない。。。。
でも一冊買ってルース先生に送ろうかと思いました。
日本に帰国した時にまだ残っているといいのですが。。。

その後スタジオ近くのインド料理屋さんに食べに行きました

何が書いてあるのかまったくもって分からないのですが
とりあえずVEGANと書いてあるので

so i worked a bit from the house.
and then met at Celine in front of Tibits.
our favourite vegan eat-out!

then she showed me around the city of Bern.

i think that was the city hall.

i guess this is a tourist attraction where the clock starts moving at every hour. 🙂

but there is a front and a back so if you don’t know too much about this clock tower, you might be looking at it from the back and wondering why nothing is moving… 😦

bought some groceries,
and mala bead bag, and came back to the house.

now i have to tell you these are soooooooooo amzaing.
and they are vegan and i can’t get enough of these…
thinking if i should buy a few before i head out to Munich…

made some avo toast with some dinkel bread.

and taught my 19:45 class where Celine and her boy friend David came to take class.

it was beautiful.
very blessed and fortunate to be doing what i am doing.

今日はバゼル最終日！！！

早朝に荷物を纏めて路面電車に乗りスタジオへ。

最終クラス。

新しい人もいれば以前から来ている方々もいて
今日はぎゅうぎゅう！

最後のクラスだったので集合写真を取らせて頂きました。

短い間でしたが沢山の良い経験をさせてもらいました。

その後tibitsへ。ほぼ毎日行っているtibitsですが、今日はブランチだとかで
パンケーキが！！！

しかもビーガン！！！

美味しかったです。

その後バゼル駅へ向かいバーンへ。

電車に乗る前にトイレに行こうとしたのですが

有料トイレ！
しかも小銭がない！
お札も大きいのしかない！

というわけで電車にのるまで我慢しましたとさ。

そんなこんなで電車に揺られながらスイスの風景を見ながら一時間ぐらいしたら
バーンに到着しました。
気分は列車の窓からというNHKの番組みたいでした。

到着したのが３：１５。
そして２時間後にクラスです！

トップページに出ているのがセリーヌ先生。今回招待してくれたジヴァムクティの先生です。
彼女とはウッドストックで２年前に会って以来なんですが　スイスにいるなら教えにきてよーというお誘いの言葉に甘えて　行ってきました。

写真は取れなかったのですが男性が凄い多くて
２０何人中５名も男性が居たので嬉しかったです。
メンズ！もっとメンズもヨガやってください！！

その後バーンの tibitsへ　笑
どんだけお世話になっているのかわかりません　tibits.

そして今日クラスに来てくれたジェニーヌ先生とパチリ
彼女は去年のTTの時に会ってからちょくちょく会っているのですが
僕のクラスを一度も受けた事がなく、今回ジュネーブからわざわざ
電車に乗ってクラスを受けに来てくれました。
ありがたやー

ジヴァムクティのファミリーって素敵です。
本当に感謝の気持ちしかありません。

今日は土曜日
朝１０時のクラスが一本入っているので
クラス前に郵便局に行き、手紙とはがきを出してきました。

最近万年筆を仕事用にゲットしてから書くという行為の素晴らしさに
感動しながら　色んな方々に手紙、はがきを書いています。
先日は母親にはがきを書いたりとかしました。

何はともあれ郵便局で手紙を出し、スタジオに戻りクラスタイム。

何度も来てくれる生徒さん達に囲まれながらしたクラスは楽しく
あっという間に時間が過ぎてしまいました。

その後家に戻り洗濯をしながらジヴァムクティ先生達とのサットサンガ！
アジャストメント、ポーズの入り方、シークエンスの組み立て方等を話し合い
ヨタ先生のお宅へ夕飯を招待されました。

ドイツ北部からわざわざ来たリザ先生。
パンプキンスープを作ってくれました。

右にいるのがヨタ先生です。

最初にバゼルに来た際、夕食を奢ってくれたり　色々と助けていただきました。

その後ピザを食べ（生地を伸ばしたのは自分で、盛り付けはヨタ先生）
写真撮るの忘れましたが
オリーブオイル、トマトソース、そして野菜を載せたシンプルなピザですが
すごい美味しかったです。

ヨタ先生はギリシャ出身なので”本物”と呼んでいるオリーブオイルを頂きました。
どっしりとした美味しいオイルでした。
皆様もいつか本物を　も○みち先生の様にドバドバっと使ってください。

なんか変なことしています。

そんな感じの一日でした。

フランスから電車でバゼル（スイス）へ向かいました。
今日は夕方のクラスが一つあるので休む時間もありません。

まず駅でエビアンを（笑）
フランスなら一度は買うべきであるエビアンｗ

そして

電車に！

でもこの電車故障して　違う電車に乗り込まないといけないというハプニングが！

走りだした途中じゃなくて良かったと思う限りですはい。

そんなこんなでバゼルへ到着！
初スイス！！！

もう街というより　村みたいな感じで
ウッドストックなノリです。

ゆったりとしていて
すごい素敵です。
東京の真反対というかなんというか　みんなのんびり。

トラム（日本でいう路面電車）が街中走っていて
それに皆乗ったりしています。

ここにもあるスペースインベーダー
友達の家に泊まり
少し寝てからクラスをしに市内へ

そして　B Yogaへ到着！（写真は後日アップ予定！）

スイスは　スイス訛りが少しはいったドイツ語を話すので　ベルリンに居た時を思い出したりしました。
