good morning, afternoon, evening, depending on wherever you are.

Im currently in the southern hemisphere hammered with heavy summer rain.

Its quite an interesting shift from the cold weather in Tokyo
but i do miss my Kotatsu table…

but before we go on, i would like to say Happy New Year to all of you reading this. I don’t know if I know all of you nor if I met you somewhere but Im happy to know that I’m connected to you through this blog.

I will be taking off to India in a few days for the Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training facilitated by my favorite teachers, Jules Febre, Lady Ruth, Padma-ji, and David-ji. Did i mention that we have amazing mentors such as Emma from London, Keith from Australia and Yogeswari?!?!?! talk about dream team right?

it will be an amazing experience and i can not wait to meet the 72 potential brothers and sisters who i will be with for a month.

I have been invited to teach in numerous parts of the world this year so I may see you in a city near-by.

if not, maybe next time. but i will keep you guys posted.
