9/28 Workshop in Paris. and more vegan food…

今日はパリでのワークショップ
でもクラスを教える前にちらっとパドミニ先生に会いに行き
（彼女は今仕事でパリに来ているのでした！なんという偶然！）
挨拶をしてから
ベジバーガー屋さんへ

Today is the day. The workshop in paris.
but before heading up to the studio, we went to go see
Padmini from Japan.
Its fashion week here in Paris and she was working with the
Stealth Project

so i got to see Padmini Sensei!!!

and off to a veggie burger joint!

パリで話題になっているベジバーガー屋さんで
列もできるほどのお店です。
中にはハードコアバンドの写真もあったりして
びっくりしたのは sick of it allの写真と　彼らとコラボったバーガーが
あったりしました。

他にはbad religionとかパンクだなーとか思いました。

ビーガンオプションが一つしかないのでそれを。。。

この紙が上手くできていて
一枚の四角い紙をまいたのではなく、
バーガーを筒状にして巻くという感じの　言葉で説明しづらいのですが
すごい食べやすく、理にかなった巻紙でした。

お味の方は…ちょっと微妙だったかも。
もっと美味しいバーガー屋さんとかに慣れてしまったせいか。。。
それともビーガンバーガーはそこまで美味しくないのか
結構くどい感じがしました。

でも来れて満足!

そしてヨガスタジオに行きワークショップをやって来ました。

全然知らない人なのにこう集まってくれるって嬉しいですね。

最初にミカ先生がホーンドラムを演奏してくれて、いい感じにウォームアップができ、それからインバージョンを数々しました。

楽しい時間はあっという間にー

そして老後の楽しみの集合写真です。　皆いい笑顔です。
嬉しいです。

Thank you for coming to class. To show up to a workshop of someone you really don’t know can be scary. Thank you for this opportunity!!!

not so sweet but it was tasty!

今日は朝からカフェでの仕事。

カフェでインターネットに繋がり仕事をしながらご飯を食べるなんて

イミグレの列が長くバスに乗って市内に到着したらもう既にお昼ぐらい。

ノートパソコンのアダプタを忘れてしまったのでアップルストアにて新たなチャージャーをゲット。

結構高いんですね。

9/25 パリへ向けて! Off to Paris.

バタバタしながら空港へ向かい
出発一時間前に空港へ着いてギリギリ乗れました。
ふ～。
ドキドキ

今日からパリ、バゼル、バーン、ミュンヘン、ロンドンというヨーロッパツアーです。

機内食のビーガンバージョン。
